Which browser should be used?

What is Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™
This is a file format that is created in Adobe Acrobat. It preserves the original appearance of a document online. Acrobat Reader needs to be downloaded in order to view the file. With the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can view and print Adobe PDF files on all major platforms. PDF files are used on this site for all the labels and MSDS's.

Which screen resolution is best?
This site is best viewed at 800x600 screen resolution or higher with the screen colour depth set to at least 256 colours, preferably higher.

What modem speed is recommended?
We recommend an internet connection of 56 Kbps or faster to get the best from the site.

How do I tour the site?
By clicking on the menu buttons at the top of the site you will be able to visit the individual sections of the site. There are also many links throughout the site. To follow a link click on the underlined text.

How do I know I have downloaded the latest version of the site?
To ensure that you always have the most up to date version of the site you should click the “refresh” or “reload” button in the toolbar at the top of your browser. By clicking on this button each time you visit the site you should always be viewing the most recent site.

How do I print out pages?
With most browsers you should have no problems printing pages from the site to your usual printer. If you find you are experiencing problems, or are printing only the top title bar, you should try clicking on the main text and then try printing. Some pages, such as the product or crop pages, have links to versions of the information which have been specially prepared for printing. Click on the relevant link to select these 'print friendly' versions.

Who do I notify if there are problems with the site?
Although we are unable to help with individual problems, we would welcome information from users on any problems they encounter when visiting the site to help us remedy them. How do I return to the home page of the site?
The house logo in the top right corner of the page is located on every page and acts as a link to the main home page of the site. By clicking on it you can return to the main screen. You can also use the menu item titled "HOME".

How do i search the site?
By entering some information such as a keyword or similar in the text box located in the top right corner of every page and clicking the button titled 'go' you are able to search all the pages of this site.
